Cougar Country

Practices based on coach’s availability. Participants will be contacted after coaches meeting on Sept. 13th with practice days/times. Practices may be located at one school depending on registration. Race Days-10/10, 10/17, 10/24 & 11/7at 4pm-Race sites TBD. The course will be 1-1.5 miles long. Optional Middle School Races: TBD @ Westmoor, TBD Casto Valley, & Mid. Nov-Bay Area Championships. All Runners must arrive 3:30 on race days unless otherwise noted.
